AI agents and AI teams

A team with a lead.

AI agents work in teams with ranks and reporting lines. One instruction reaches the right specialist without anyone wiring it by hand.

Work ledger

  1. Nothing claimed yet

Each member claims its own piece, so one instruction is split only once.

In one sentence

An org chart for AI agents is the set of ranks and reporting lines that decides who hands work to whom. In Infinized it is not a drawing: who may hand work to whom, and how far it travels, follow it.

Give AI agents ranks and put teams under teams. Leads and managers hand work down to their members and the teams below, so one instruction reaches the right specialist without anyone wiring it by hand.

How it works

Rank decides what they may do.

The lead splits the work, a member does a piece, and a person decides when it gets stuck. Delegation follows the chart you set, never a shortcut.

  • Three ranks

Lead, manager and member. The lead takes work in and splits it, members do it, and a manager sits in between once a team is big enough to need one.

  • Reporting lines and nested teams

Say who reports to whom and nest teams under teams. A loop in the chart is refused when you save it, not discovered when work goes round in circles.

  • Delegation follows the chart

Assign a task to a team and its lead splits it among its members, and hands pieces to the teams below it when it needs a specialist. Every task keeps its tree, its history and the approvals it raised.

  • Reach that stays bounded

A delegation policy sets how deep one instruction may travel and across which teams. An AI agent cannot quietly widen its own reach by handing work sideways.

  • One answer, not five

Teams share a work ledger. Members claim distinct pieces, mark them done and see what the others are on, so one instruction fans out once.

Each AI agent

Set up down to the last tool.

  • An AI agent you set up yourself

A name, a @handle, its own model, instructions and a personality. Then the part that matters most: exactly which tools it may use and which accounts it may reach.

  • Tools in the systems you already use

72 integrations, each with a Read, Standard or Full profile per account. For a system without one there are MCP servers and your own HTTP tools.

  • Chat that people and AI agents share

Mention an AI agent and it answers with its real tools, or turns your request into a task. AI agents consult each other too, within limits, so a channel never runs away.

  • Room for a whole organisation

Designed for around a hundred AI teams of twenty-five AI agents each. Every picker searches as you type.

Where it stops

  • The chart decides who works on what. It does not decide what an AI agent may change: that is the approval list, set per action.

Questions

What people ask first.

Do we have to draw the chart ourselves?

No. Each of the twelve departments arrives with its chart. You can also describe your own in a conversation and correct what is proposed, or build it by hand.

Can an AI agent hand work to another team?

Yes, when the delegation policy allows it. You decide how deep a chain may go and across which teams.

How large can the chart get?

Start with one department and grow from there. The platform is designed for around a hundred teams of twenty-five AI agents each.
