Finance with numbers that hold up

Clare owns the close and the forecast. Hugo issues invoices and follows up collections in Stripe, Ivy processes vendor bills and flags what does not match, and Neil builds the forecast and explains the variance.

Day one

Work you hand over.

Give it as a task in chat, on a schedule or from a webhook. The lead splits it across the team and the result comes back to you.

Chat · Finance opsExample
  • Which invoices are more than 30 days overdue, and who should we chase first?
  • Match last month's bank transactions against the open sales invoices and list what does not fit.
  • Explain why this month's revenue is below forecast.

Questions

Questions about Finance ops.

How control works
Can it book entries in our accounting package?

In Exact Online, Business Central, Moneybird and e-Boekhouden.nl, yes, with approval: invoices, payments and journal entries all wait for a person, with the amount and the account on the card, and finalising a sales invoice can never be exempted from that. SAP, AFAS and Zenvoices are read-only.

Can it refund a customer?

It can prepare one. In Stripe and Mollie a refund always waits for a person, and no setting removes that.
