Day one

Work you hand over.

Give it as a task in chat, on a schedule or from a webhook. The lead splits it across the team and the result comes back to you.

Chat · Support deskExample
  • Triage the overnight queue by topic and urgency, and assign every ticket.
  • Draft replies to the ten oldest open tickets from our help centre articles.
  • Find out why invoice 4821 failed and draft the answer to the customer.

Where it waits

You decide.

In these systems, 64 actions change something, and each one waits for a person by default. 7 of them always wait, whatever the settings say.

Questions

Questions about Support desk.

How control works
Which helpdesks does it work with?

Zendesk, Front, Intercom, Zoho Desk and HostBill for tickets, and Genesys Cloud and Talkdesk for a contact centre. Knowledge kept in Polly.Help can be searched and synced too. Connect the one you run and assign it to the AI agents who answer customers; Iris, Milo and Nova come set up for Zendesk, Front, Intercom, Zoho Desk and Polly.Help, and Otis for Stripe.

Does a customer see a reply before a person has checked it?

Not unless you decide so. Replying in Zendesk, Front, Intercom or Zoho Desk waits for approval by default. Once a kind of reply has earned it, your organisation can let it run without asking.

Can customers talk to the support desk directly?

Yes, on your channels: your website, WhatsApp, email or Genesys start a flow, and an AI agent answers from the knowledge you choose. When a customer needs a person, it hands the conversation to your contact centre, with its context.

Deploy it together with us.

Tell us which queue the team should take on. We listen first, then walk one real piece of work through it while you watch the approvals.
