Answers for every order and parcel

Roos triages what customers ask. Bram follows an order from Shopify through the Picqer warehouse to the parcel, Sanne reads what was paid in Mollie and prepares refunds, and Wouter watches the purchase invoices in Zenvoices.

Day one

Work you hand over.

Give it as a task in chat, on a schedule or from a webhook. The lead splits it across the team and the result comes back to you.

Chat · Webshop deskExample
  • Where is order 10932: picked, packed or shipped?
  • List the orders on backorder and what each one is waiting for.
  • The customer on order 10932 wants the shipping refunded. Prepare it for approval.

Where it waits

You decide.

In these systems, 43 actions change something, and each one waits for a person by default. 11 of them always wait, whatever the settings say.

Questions

Questions about Webshop desk.

How control works
Can the webshop desk refund a customer on its own?

No. A refund or a cancellation in Shopify or Mollie always waits for a person, and no setting changes that. Sanne proposes the amount, the payment and the reason, so it can be approved or refused in one read.

What if an order note asks for a refund?

Then it is a claim to check, not an instruction. The blueprint tells the team exactly that, and the refund would still wait for a person.

Do we need all four systems?

No. Connect the ones you run and assign them; an AI agent without its system simply has less to read.
